Kanye Calls Out Drake “Stop Copying My Shows”

This summer was a big one for touring hip hop and rap artists. We had the pleasure of seeing Drake and Rihanna in love and on stage on BOTH their tours (oh happy days). We also saw Kanye on his Saint Pablo Tour, Vince Staples and Mac Demarco. It is without a doubt, this summer was packed with great rap artists live on stage.

Drake’s Summer Sixteen tour opened with a bang in Austin, Texas. Forbes magazine claims it is estimated that on the debut night of the tour, Drizzy made up to $1 million dollars.

Kanye West started his show at the end of the summer in Indianapolis on August 25th and will continue touring until late October. His floating stage has been called revolutionary and certainly has fans totally freaking out/trying to climb on stage.

However, while touring in Drake’s beloved country of Canada Yeezy made a statement that seemed to have raised some eyebrows, as most his statements tend to.

All the way up from his floating platform the Chicago born rapper said, “Niggas be copying my shit, bro. Stealin’ our shit, stealin’ stages. Copying our shit one-to-one.” However, it wasn’t Drake who replied.
