For a small window of time in the recent years gluten allergies became all the new rave. Suddenly everyone had them, everyone wanted them, and the rest of us who still have some common sense were left wondering why people without celiac disease were opting out of it. It seems that now, people are more aware that gluten isn’t necessarily something you can take out or add to your diet, unless you have a medical condition. It’s not going to do anything bad or anything good for you to have it in your everyday eating habits, once again, unless you have a medical condition. But now a whole new kind of trend revolving gluten is upon us, and we like it.
