Floyd Mayweather Actually Thinks Conor McGregor Could Knock Him Out

Floyd Mayweather was one of the most dominating forces in boxing in recent memory. He finished his career with a record of 49-0, and even though his fighting style might not have been that exciting, he had a swagger in and out of the ring that helped make him one of the most successful boxers of all time.

He may have technically retired in 2015, but there have been rumors of his return thanks to another polarizing figure: Conor McGregor. The charismatic UFC star might not have a perfect record, but he’s knocked out plenty of opponents on his way to becoming one of the most popular figures in MMA.

Most people with knowledge of the sport maintain it would be incredibly unlikely that McGregor could hold his own in the ring with one of the best fighters of the past few decades, but there’s one person who surprisingly thinks he might have a shot: Floyd Mayweather.
